Terms

last updated october 31, 2026 · applies to yourbulletin.com, the Bulletin app, the Chrome extension, and Bulletin on WhatsApp and Claude

the short version

Save links, make lists, share what you like. What you save stays yours. Be decent, don’t break the law, and don’t try to break Bulletin. If you pay, you can cancel any time.

who we are

Bulletin is run by Little Yellow Door Pte. Ltd., a Singapore company. By using Bulletin you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

your account

You need to be at least 13 to use Bulletin, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. Keep your sign-in safe: you’re responsible for what happens on your account. Your handle has to be yours to use, and we may change one that impersonates someone or misleads people.

what you save

What you save and write stays yours. You give us permission to store it, make the picture and details for its card, and show it to the people you’ve chosen, so that Bulletin can work. That permission ends when you delete it, apart from short-lived backups.

The pages you save belong to the people who made them. Bulletin shows a link, a preview and a picture of a page, and sends readers to the original. If something on Bulletin is yours and you want it taken down, write to us and we’ll look at it quickly.

private and public

Saves are private unless you choose otherwise. Anything on your Public profile or in a public list can be seen by anyone, and may turn up in search engines. Anyone with a link-only list’s link can see that list, so share those with care.

On the free plan, once your private bullets are full, new saves go to your Public profile, and we tell you when one does.

what’s not allowed

  • Anything illegal, or anything that harms or harasses other people.
  • Sharing other people’s private information, or sexual content involving minors.
  • Malware, phishing, spam or links meant to deceive.
  • Scraping Bulletin, overloading it, or getting around its limits or security.
  • Reselling Bulletin, or pretending to be someone you’re not.

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where we can, we’ll tell you why first.

plans

Free: 50 private bullets, unlimited public bullets and lists, and 500 imported links. Bullets saved before October 31, 2026 don’t count towards the 50.

Unlimited: unlimited private bullets, private lists and link-only sharing, for US$5 a month or US$50 a year, plus any taxes that apply. Current prices are on the pricing page.

Import credits: a one-time purchase of extra imported links. They never expire.

Fair use: to keep Bulletin running well, every account can save up to 50 links a day, on any plan. Bulk imports don’t count towards that. “Unlimited” on our plans means no cap on how many you keep, within this daily limit.

paying and cancelling

Payments go through Stripe. Unlimited renews automatically each month or year until you cancel, which you can do any time in Settings. You keep Unlimited until the period you’ve paid for ends. After that you’re on the free plan: nothing is deleted and what’s private stays private, but you may not be able to add more private bullets.

Payments aren’t refundable, except where the law says they must be. If something has gone wrong, write to us and we’ll try to put it right. If we raise a price, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you.

leaving

You can delete your account any time in Settings, which also cancels any subscription. We may close Bulletin or change it, and if we close it we’ll give you reasonable notice so you can take your links with you.

the legal part

Bulletin is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it running and your links safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors, or that a card’s details will be right. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months and US$50. Nothing here limits rights you have that can’t be limited by law.

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll tell you before it takes effect. Singapore law applies, and the courts of Singapore decide any dispute.
